EU Digital Services / VAT MOSS Report

If you are supplying digital services to private consumers in the EU, then you should be recording those transactions in AccountsPortal appropriately. Please see VAT on digital services to EU Customers for more information.

You create an EU Digital Services report at any time, and this will automatically pick up any transactions where the tax type has been set to Sales - Digital Services to EU:

• Start Date: Select any date
• End Date: Select any date greater than the Start Date
• Group By: If you select "EU Country", then the report will group all transactions by each Tax Rate that you have set up for EU Digital Sales. You can alternatively group by "Transaction", which will group and summarise by individual transaction and Tax Rate.

Once the parameters have been chosen, click the Refresh button.

The current report can be Exported or Printed at any time.
